These are delicious. High protein, low carb, high fibre. Tasty, filling, and healthy. The only problem with the PBJ bars is that after having one, I’m very tempted to have another!

The ketone monitor and test strips are so easy to use.
I just wish you could buy them in a cheaper bulk pack.

I've tried a few protein bars and this is the one I find the least sweet. Great to have on the go after a gym session whilst rushing to work. I'm pretty light weight and I definitely don't feel the need to binge anything after I eat it.

I use the Sodii Unflavoured Electrolytes as a 50/50 mix with Revitalise Electrolytes (Raspberry). Just tasty enough with enough minerals. Great post workout rehydration.
